All the architectural barriers that may limit the movement of visitors with special mobility needs have been removed inside the museum. Ramps and elevators allow people with disabilities to visit all the museum’s spaces.  Please contact the reception staff to access the ramp on the second floor. A wheelchair is available at the entrance.

Toilets are present on the ground floor, first and second floors. Wheelchair-accessible toilets are located on the ground floor and on the first floor.

Itineraries and workshops for visitors with special needs are run by the museum’s specialized reception staff. They are available upon booking from Monday to Friday or during special events.

Our Bookshop is on the ground floor next to the ticket office.

Our Snack Area is on the ground floor in the Atrium.

Receptionists are available at the entrance.
